I recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend getaway with a clean room and a shower that made me want to linger forever. The easy access to Central Park for leisurely walks and just a quick walk to Firehouse 37 made dining super convenient, adding to my experience.

full-sized kitchens in every suite, access to the Iron Horse Trail, larger countertops for group preparations
The deadbolt on the door needs repair!!! The pool area could use better maintenance and cleaning!!! It's inconvenient that parking can be a hassle during peak times!!!

missingWrote a review on Sept 23convenient kitchenpoor check-in processunresponsive staff
The full-sized kitchen in my suite was incredibly convenient.
My check-in was a nightmare! We waited for our room and were finally given keys to the wrong room, which had us walking into someone else's space. Despite the hotel claiming they resolved an AC issue in one room, they weren't responsive to our requests when our room also faced similar troubles. On top of that, the pool hours weren't enforced, and it was frustrating to see others allowed to stay late while we were rushed out.

Had a fantastic stay with my friends! The place was super close to championship golf courses and the Bishop Ranch Regional Preserve. Loved that we had flat-screen TVs for downtime. The complimentary area shuttle made it easy to explore nearby spots. Definitely recommend this for a group vacation.
One downside was the breakfast, which didn't meet my expectations with some greasy options. It could use more variety to cater to different tastes.

The King Studio had so much room to spare with large countertops I adored our complimentary breakfast, which featured a delicious variety from scrambled eggs to pastries, really kickstarting our day. Plus, I loved that the suite came with a full-sized kitchen, allowing us to whip up snacks when we were hungry!

Booked two rooms for a wedding day, and the king suite had ample space for getting ready. Breakfast was particularly impressive, featuring a great variety that got everyone energized. However, cleanliness of towels could use improvement, and the excess grease in breakfast items wasn't for everyone. While the older decor may need updates, the warm service from front desk staff made a notable difference.

The full kitchen in our King Studio was a game changer for meal prep. The outdoor pool area was inviting, perfect for relaxation. And the staff were super helpful, making our stay even better!
But the blankets on the pull-out couch could be improved for more comfort.

We booked the King Studio for two nights to get ready for my wedding, and it had so much space for my girls and me! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging. We enjoyed a great workout in the gym. The patio could use a little more attention, but it didn't spoil our fun at all! 😊

The Residence Inn provided an excellent space for my business needs, particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the front desk staff. The King Studio was spacious with a small kitchen that facilitated meal preparation, enhancing my overall experience. The breakfast selections were diverse and well-prepared, ensuring a good start to my mornings.
The pull-out couch blanket felt thin and uninviting.
